Seawall repair help·Lower Keys
Plain answers for Keys waterfronts.

How the site works.
Who does the work.

Our role, your choices and how the site is paid for, in plain words.

What this site is, and is not

Lower Keys Seawall is an independent service. It publishes seawall planning guides for the Lower and Middle Keys and makes referrals to partner contractors.

It is not a contractor, engineer, surveyor, insurer or government agency. It does not inspect walls, design repairs, pull permits or do construction.

A partner may not be available for every key or every kind of work. Sending a request does not book a visit, promise a price or authorize any work.

When your request is shared

When you send a request and accept the consent notice, it may go to a partner contractor so they can discuss the work you described. It is not shared for unrelated marketing.

How the site is paid

The site may receive compensation when it introduces you to a partner contractor. You are free to decline any introduction. Scope, price and terms are agreed only between you and the professional you pick.

You choose, and you sign your own contract

You decide whether to hire anyone. If you do, your contract is directly with that professional, separate from this site. Check the license before you sign.

The contractor check guide walks through each step.

What the images show

The waterfront scenes on this site are generated images. They are not photos of completed projects, partner work or any particular property. Maps show general locations, not offices or service areas.
