Seawall repair help·Lower Keys
Plain answers for Keys waterfronts.

Your request.
Where it goes.

What you send, why it is used and who may see it.

Who receives your request

Lower Keys Seawall is an independent website that offers seawall planning help and referrals. It is not a contractor, engineer or public agency.

When you ask for help, your request may be shared with a partner contractor for the work you describe. The site may be paid for that introduction.

What the request form asks for

The form asks for your key or community, your seawall concern, your project stage and a phone number. Your name, email and project details are optional. You can also attach a summary from a planning tool, such as a budget estimate.

  • Your details are used to answer your request and to arrange any introduction you ask for.
  • A request goes only to a partner contractor for the work you described, as the consent notice on the form says.
  • The form never asks for payment card numbers, insurance policy numbers or passwords. Please leave them out.

If you call a number shown on this site, what you tell us is handled the same way.

What stays in your browser

Planning tools, such as the budget planner and the warning-sign check, run in your browser. Their answers stay on your device unless you attach a summary to a request. Saving a copy creates a file on your device and sends nothing.

Correcting or deleting your request

To correct or delete what you sent, use the contact page and say what should change. If a partner contractor already has your request, contact them as well, because they keep their own copy.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
